This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to charging services purchased through the Hyperflux mobile application ("App") and at Hyperflux charging stations, operated by Hyperflux Ventures LLP ("Hyperflux," "we," "us," or "our").

By purchasing or using our charging services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.

1. Charging Services via the Mobile App

Payments made through the App credit your in-app wallet, which is then used to pay for charging sessions as you use them.

General rule — no refunds on consumed services: Since a charging session is a non-tangible service that is consumed in real time, amounts deducted from your wallet for electricity actually delivered during a completed charging session are not refundable, except as set out in Section 3 (Failed or Interrupted Charging Sessions) below.

Unused wallet top-ups: If you top up your wallet and do not use the full balance, that unused balance remains available in your wallet for future charging sessions. You may request a refund of your unused wallet balance at any time by contacting us — see Section 4 for details on refunds upon account closure.

2. Charging Services via QR Code / Offline Payment

Where you pay directly via a QR code at a charging station (without going through the App or an in-app wallet), this is a pay-as-you-go purchase of a specific charging session.

Since this is a non-tangible service rendered immediately upon payment, purchases made this way are not refundable once the charging session has started, except as set out in Section 3 below.

3. Failed or Interrupted Charging Sessions

We want you to only pay for charging you actually receive. If a session fails to start, or is interrupted or cut short, due to a verified fault in Hyperflux's charging equipment or platform (and not due to your vehicle's own limitations, such as its Battery Management System stopping the session, or a vehicle-side fault), the amount charged for that incomplete session will be refunded to your wallet or original payment method, at our discretion, once the issue is verified.

To request this kind of refund, contact us with the approximate date, time, and station location of the affected session. We aim to review and resolve such requests within a reasonable time — see Section 5 for typical timelines.

4. Wallet Balance on Account Closure

If you close your Hyperflux account (see our Account Deletion page), any unused balance remaining in your wallet at the time of closure will be refunded to you, in accordance with applicable Reserve Bank of India regulations governing prepaid payment instruments. Refunds on account closure are processed to your original payment source or registered bank account, subject to standard verification.

5. Refund Timelines

Where a refund is due under this policy, we aim to initiate it within 7 business days of the request being verified and approved. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a further 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

If you believe a refund is overdue, please first check with your bank or card issuer, since processing times on their end are outside our control, before contacting us.
